Why doesn't DIVI build in a system that is modified equally for Desktop as iPad and as Smartphone? What if you change something for smartphone is also changed for desktop? And it happens as they prescribe but still it doesn't work properly? Will there be a solution for this? I think everyone will be happy with this.

Unfortunately, you have to check desktop, mobile, tablet, and if one has an issue. If a particular block has an issue let's say the header I then duplicate that header and the original I set to hide on the device/devices it had an issue on.
Then on the duplicated one, I make the adjustments so it looks good on those devices and set it to hide from the device the former block worked on. I know this isn't a real-time fix as it takes more time and work but for it to work 100% and look good on all devices is what I have been doing to make it work correctly.
