I built a membership site for one of my clients and she inserted links for videos which go to Vimeo. She has overloaded the pages and I can no longer access the builder. Looking for suggestions as to how to rectify. Have other sites without this issue.

Try something from this list. For me, disabling the cache plugin was a solution.
