I have 2 questions :
1. How do you all optimize already written product descriptions? Do you simply add keywords at the right places OR rewrite the descriptions from the scratch?
2. Is there any tool that can change the language of the content without damaging the meaning and flow? Like I want to convert the content written in English into German.

For your 1st question,
it depends on the description.
If the description is giving a good view about your product and you know that including a keyword in the existing description will enhance it then just add a keyword but if the description is old, outdated, or not making any sense then rewrite it from scratch.
Second question:
We have been paying for interpreters to rewrite ours because most tools that convert it lost meaning and sometimes make no sense.
