I need some advice, I want to upload a 23-second video on my website banner, but I’m afraid it will increase the loading time of the website. What I’m thinking is to upload the video on YouTube and embed the iframe, but I’m a bit confused my server performance is fine, but when I choose to embed the video my server needs to send another call to the other server (YouTube) does this going to increase the loading time? Or uploading it on my server will be beneficial?

YouTube embed is generally better, especially on shared hosting. However, even a YouTube video embed is going to slow down your website.
