Is Wordpress Good For SEO?

Any type of website can rank this even including WIX!  Now with that said, Is WordPress good for SEO?  I don't think that it's simply because it's good for SEO but most agencies and people choose to use it because it's easy to use.  They can implement things such as Schema, Titles, Meta Data, and other things easily with plugins.  If they want to add on a feature to the website there is plenty of plugins and ways to do it with little effort.

So I believe this is why it's so popular!  Those are pretty much the benefits, the cons would be it can be slow, glitchy, and vulnerable if you don't keep your plugins and theme up to date.  There also are things you can use to keep it secure as well so I wouldn't even necessarily include that as a con.

I say YES, WordPress is good for SEO.

I would like to add once you understand the fundamentals of SEO it doesn't matter so much what platform as long as they don't restrict your ability to upload code etc.. Wix can be more tricky than some of these others but WordPress makes things like adding things much easier even site-wide vs doing it page by page with some other platforms.
