Weeks ago, client ask me to create perfect nice looking wordpress theme which have score 100/100 on mobile and desktop.
No cache, No speed plugin, No cloudflare.
Pure best coding practice.
Its took weeks, and we did it.
So its very possible to have perfect performance score without additional plugins or proxy cache like cloudflare.
