I have a friend who has been running Facebook ads for himself and wants to start running campaigns for other people. He asked me what he should charge for it. I have never gotten into Facebook ads, so I have no clue how that generally works. Could someone who does do them give me an idea of how the pricing structure works for managing Facebook ads?

The usual model is a retainer + a % of ad spend.
Example: $500 retainer and 20% of whatever they spend.
