I have a backlog of about 25 long-form blog pieces (3k words or more) that I need to publish. Is it okay to publish all within a few days or spread it out over a few weeks?

It doesn't make a difference.
The only reason I would consider spreading it out is if you have regular users that return frequently to read new content. Absolutely nothing to do with SEO, but spreading it out more will keep them coming back.
