so many spammers leave a comment on my blogs (it's about 4000 in a month) I won't approve them nor delete them (because it takes so much time) if I start reading comments then I have to sort because some of them are really reviews, feedback, and comments, but it takes all day. that's why I delete every comment once in a month, but it always gathering I always have 4k unapproved comments. do they affect on-site performance? and How you deal with it?

If you have a large site the comments that many a month over time will take a toll on your host if you have a lower grade one, meaning your site will slow down.  You could disable comments all the way or use something like clean talk, Akismet, or another spam filter such as Recaptcha.
