One of the ways is to track your competitors and you can compare the rankings and fluctuations which can help isolate things like weekends, weather, time of year, etc..

The question isn't very detailed if this doesn't answer your question please provide a more accurate description with an example.  Thanks!

Three years ago, I created the CPA Alliance, published external links through major forums, promoted through social media, and optimized website keywords, titles, etc. The effect is not ideal? The website has less than 10 new users a day. I want to know how to increase traffic? Can you give me some suggestions? Thank you.

Learn everything you can about on-page SEO, I can't tell you how many times that's an issue.

Also, obtain backlinks by emailing people with related websites that wouldn't mind putting an article on their website and linking to you even if you have to bribe them with $$$.  Run press releases that link to your website including different pages this will help get you exposure and if your content is good it should help obtain more backlinks and increase your rankings.

Forum links, etc.. you mentioned aren't very powerful and social media is a whole different beast.  I hope this helps and take care!

It's crazy how often that's overlooked. I also liked the reminder about press releases; an underrated move for getting some initial traction.
