SEO power-ups

First, thank you for posting!  It's appreciated, so let's dive right into this shall we?

Have you ever had trouble with things not indexing?  Such as citations, blog posts, web 2.0s, and videos, it doesn't really matter what it is but one thing is for sure it doesn't have much authority, or for whatever reason it's not indexing.  Generally, we would build backlinks to them to help index them, but what if they are already indexed?  The whole point of a power-up is to boost the authority of your backlinks, citations, videos, web 2.0s, or whatever you are leveraging.

Google picks popular websites, posts, videos, and whatnot to rank.  How do they measure this?  Many factors but backlinks are one of the many puzzle pieces.  How well you do on other sites can drive behavior and behavior is a ranking factor.  So if you rank well on Yelp then you will typically do better on Google.

So how can you get better interaction and rankings on other platforms?  Well, one way is through power-ups, you build backlinks to your backlinks, or backlinks to your citations, and you can go down the line and build backlinks to the backlinks that you built to your citations.  Your citations become more powerful (powered-up) as they become more powerful they are linking to your website and hopefully other platforms as well so you can pass that power up down the line.

If you are doing well all over the web, do you think Google is more or less likely to show you?  More.  So power up everything and reap the benefits.  Not only is it beneficial to your Google rankings but it's going to help generate more clicks, contact form interactions, and hopefully some good leads if done correctly.

Happy SEOing and until we meet again, take care and goodnight.

Close, but a citation, social media, and other things aren't really links.  So I call them power-ups.
