Should we be using any of these services or just manual submission?

If the budget allows we recommend manual submissions. However, you need to look at the competition if everyone/majority are using one of these services and ranking it might be a good idea to use them. Some clients hire us and already have these services but have noticed clients who have manual citations tend to perform better!
