Search Console is a good beginner resource. If you have a budget then use a paid tool such as PlacesScout, Ahrefs, SEMRush, or other tools. It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish for your specific SEO. Depending on your experience will depend on which SEO tools you should begin with!
