Updating and optimizing your health niche website is a great initiative. Ensure that your content remains accurate, up-to-date, and valuable for your audience. Consider adding new articles or crm data enrichment. Create a logical structure by interlinking related articles, making navigation easier and improving SEO. When interlinking, use descriptive anchor text to give users and search engines a clear understanding of the linked content.

Optimize your website for search engines by updating meta tags such as title tags and meta descriptions. Additionally, optimize images with relevant alt tags. Check for broken links and fix them promptly. It's crucial to ensure that your website is mobile-friendly, as Google considers mobile-friendliness as a ranking factor. Improve page loading times by compressing images, leveraging browser caching, and possibly implementing a content delivery network (CDN).
