Importance of Header Tags? I'm working on a site and am wondering if the use of their H2 and H3 tags could be holding them back, what are your thoughts please?

H2's are being used for generic headings like:
> Our recent work
> What our clients say
> Meet our team
> Frequently asked questions
> Contact Us

H3's are being used for their
> Service 1
> Service 2
> Service 3
> Service 4

There is only one H1 per page

Looks like the designers had a field day!  Those are terrible tags and will make it very difficult for Google to determine what the website/page is actually about.  You should have those cleaned up to be more on topic!
