2 blogs 2 domains same content but different languages

Hi all, our company runs 2 blogs (different domains for each country, but same language). For the second blog we sometimes use the same content (text + images). We are wondering, if google counts that as duplicate content even though we are publishing it in two different countries with two different domains? Does it still rank as usual for each country? And does this action cause us any seo-relevant disadvantages? Thanks
